Session Times and Fees (1st April 2025 to 31st December 2025)

NOTES (Funded Sessions)

• There are various Government support schemes that may be available to you depending on your personal situation. Please take a look the Childcare Choices website which gives details of what support could be available to you; www.childcarechoices.gov.uk
• If your child is eligible for 15 or 30 Working Parent Funded Hours and attends less than 15 or 30 hours per week, you can stretch your hours into the non-funded weeks.

We offer the following funded places;

• Working Parent Funding for ages 9+ Months, 2 Years, 3 Years. 15 Hours & 30 Hours.
• 2 Year Disadvantaged. 15 Hours term-time only.
• Please note that your child must attend at least 2 days when funded.

NOTES (For Private & Funded Sessions)

• A deposit of £50 is payable to secure your child’s place. This will be refunded upon your child starting with us as per your contract. Should you change your start date or change your session days before your child starts at Rainbow Day Care, your deposit will not be refundable.
• Consumable Charges and Meal Costs are applicable to children attending Rainbow Day Care with government funded hours. The government have outlined the aspects of childcare which the funding rates do not cover, but in order to offer these in our curriculum to enhance our nursery offering, we must charge to cover these costs. These items include; food, drinks, cooking/baking ingredients, sun cream, nappy sacks, PPE, learning journals, play foam, play-doh, gardening equipment, printing, laminating, photos, library, sand, sensory play, outings, celebrations, events, fundraising activities. These fees will be listed on the invoices for children attending government funded sessions, and included in the fee of children attending through paid-for sessions. Please see our FEES section on our website for our current fee structure. Full fees are payable for child sickness, child absence, child holidays and any unplanned closure days out of our control.
• Invoices are issued in advance every month via our Famly App and you will be notified by email.These fees must be paid by the due date shown on the invoice. Failure to pay on time will result in a 10% Late Payment Fee being added to your child’s account. Further non-payment could result in your child losing their place at Rainbow Day Care, and possible court proceedings to claim your debt.
• You must provide nappies & wipes for your child. Cow’s milk and water is provided. You must provide any alternative drink requirements. (Fruit Juice isn’t allowed in nursery).
• We accept the following methods of payment: Online through Famly Pay, Bank Transfer, Debit / Credit Cards, Apple Pay / Android Pay, Tax Free Childcare, Childcare Vouchers & Cash.
