We offer the following funded places;
If your child is eligible for 15 or 30 Working Parent Funded Hours and attends fewer than the full funded hours each week, you may choose to stretch these hours across non-funded weeks.
A £50 deposit is required to secure your child’s place. This will be refunded when your child begins with us, in line with your contract. Please note: if you change your start date or session days BEFORE your child starts at Rainbow Day Care, the deposit will not be refunded.
Consumable and meal charges apply for all children accessing government-funded hours. Government funding does NOT cover certain elements of childcare, and to deliver a full, enriched curriculum we must charge for these additional items.
These may include: meals, snacks, drinks, cooking/baking ingredients, sun cream, nappy sacks, PPE, learning journals, play foam, play-doh, gardening resources, printing and laminating materials, photos, library resources, sand, sensory resources, outings, celebrations, events, fundraising activities, and other extras.
These charges will be itemised on invoices for funded sessions and are already included within the fees for privately paid sessions.
Full fees remain payable for child sickness, absence, holidays, and for any unplanned closure beyond our control.
Please see the Fees section of our website for our current structure.
Invoices are issued monthly in advance via the Famly App, with notification sent by email. Fees must be paid by the due date shown. Late payments will incur a 10% Late Payment Fee. Continued non-payment may result in the loss of your child’s place and could lead to legal action to recover outstanding fees.
Parents/carers must provide nappies and wipes. We provide cow’s milk and water. If your child requires alternative drinks, these must be supplied by you. (Fruit juice is not permitted in nursery.)
We accept: Famly Pay, Bank Transfer, Debit/Credit Card, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Tax-Free Childcare, Childcare Vouchers, and Cash.
